Body Combat

A REVOLUTION IN GROUP EXERCISE! A great way to burn those unwanted calories. Ten martial art routines combined with sensational music. A must for those who find staying in shape a constant battle.

Body Attack

An intense calorie consuming interval workout that will push you to your limits.
It is simple and more athletic than standard aerobic classes, which will increase your heart and lung capacity.
Can be modified for all fitness levels however essentially is a high impact class.

Body Pump

A modern concept in exercise, which uses barbells in a class to music. This class is a total body workout, which is an ideal addition to any exercise program.
Great class for beginners.

Body Step

Body Balance

Is the ultimate mind-body class combining tai chi, yoga and Pilates. Great for stretching, flexibility, and total relaxation. If you have a hectic lifestyle, this class is designed expecially for you! A must for any fitness regime.

Yoga

A must for the regular exercise participant. Yoga is a relaxation and stretch class focussing on flexibility and stress relief.
Recommended for all fitness levels.

Seniors

Gentle exercise routine catering for the first time participant. Targetted at getting you back on your feet and feeling fit and healthy again. (Recommended for seniors).
